Data Visualization, Physical + Digital Design, Communication Systems
At Sidewalk Labs, I joined the Mesa team, a platform that helps offices use less energy through real-time sensing and automation. My work spanned digital dashboards, device management tools, and the physical installation kit, connecting how the system looked, worked, and was understood.
Overview
I worked closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing teams to make Mesa’s technology easier to grasp and use.
Refined the user dashboards and device management experience for building supervisors.
Co-led updates to the install kit and guide, testing unboxing and set-up.
Created visuals and collateral to unify how Mesa was communicated to customers and users.
Approach
These improvements led to fewer setup errors, clearer support for users, and an easier overall experience managing the system.
