When I design, I try to help teams see the bigger picture. I work with partners to make sense of what’s being said, name what everyone’s been circling, and turn complex ideas into something clear and usable so teams can move forward together.

Outside work, most mornings start with a walk before the day gets going. Most evenings, I’m driving my boys to practices, games, and parks—usually talking all things basketball in between. On slower days, I’m probably in the backyard grilling to recharge.
